Masken Ausstellung 01

Faith & Superstition

Discover the fascinating world of Tyrolean Krampus masks in our exhibition. Each mask is carefully carved and painted by experienced artists using traditional techniques and local wood from the Ahrntal forests. These masks not only reflect the rich cultural history of Tyrol but also embody deeply rooted Christmas traditions and local craftsmanship.

Holzschnitzerei 02

Art Studio

The artist's studio, where Lukas Troi, a prominent sculptor from St. Johann, has been working since 2003, serves multiple purposes. Visitors can watch the artist at work. Paintings, reliefs, and figures are restored, and custom works are designed and created; it also functions as an exhibition space.
